5: Cross-Border Use

Users outside the country where the healthcare professional is licensed acknowledge:

- Services provided may be informational only and not a substitute for in-person care.
- Regulatory restrictions may limit prescriptions, lab requests, or other services.

- For services provided in Ghana, Nigeria, Kenya, and South Africa, disputes will be governed by the laws of the country where the service originated.
- For services in USA, UK, Canada, and China, disputes will follow the laws of the country where the user resides, unless otherwise required by law.
